We are delighted to announce that Mr. Russell Hawkins, currently serving as a police officer for Thames Valley Police will take on the role of BID Operations Manager commencing June 1st 2023.
In his current role Russell works in a neighbourhood department and is responsible for managing a mixture of urban and rural communities with a wide range of demographics. His main responsibilities are community engagement and problem solving as well as responding to dynamic incidents and supervising a team of Police Community Support Officers and volunteers.
Working with Parish Councils, local resident groups, the High Wycombe BID and businesses; he is responsible for identifying patterns and incidents of anti-social behaviour, creating patrol plans, and briefing the PCSOs.
In his role as Operations Manager, Russell will be responsible for managing the Safety, Greening and Cleaning and Commercial Recycling services for the BID and its members.
