We are excited to announce that our new incident reporting and communication systems are now live!
Following extensive in-house training, your Community Safety Team have been busy logging incidents on their patrols. Activity is monitored in real time and provides the BID with historical data allowing us to identify offending patterns and more effectively deploy targeted, proactive patrols to locations more affected by crime. The system can also be used by members as a crime recording system that is compliant with police standards of evidence gathering.
In addition, we have also launched ‘Connect Live’ – our new GDPR compliant messaging system. This means we now have a secure two-way, live communication system directly with businesses and the safety team. This system will be used to alert for suspicious activity or sightings of known offenders and to request assistance.
