The PaddingtonNow BID Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday 27 July, from 6pm. to 6.30 pm in the Hilton London Paddington, Red Star Room.
This will be a short formal meeting for BID Members to review and adopt the audited accounts for 2022-2023; to elect the BID’s Board of Directors who will represent you in the coming year and to appoint our auditors.
Printed copies of our audited annual accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 will be available on the evening or can be downloaded now from our website here: https://paddingtonnow.co.uk/about-us/the-bid-levy-and-funding/
All registered Company Members have a vote at the AGM. To confirm your attendance or appoint a proxy voter simply complete and return Form A, which you should have received in the post by 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday 25 July 2023.
If you would like to stand for election as a Director or would like to nominate someone from your company please complete and return Form B, which should have also have been received in the post, by 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 20 July 2023.

The AGM will be followed by a celebration of Chris Peers as he departs the BID and heads in to retirement. An invite will be sent out via email separately.
