On Wednesday 21 October, we were proud to be awarded a Silver Gilt Award for our entry in the London in Bloom 2022 competition.
We were commended for our work across all three themes of Horticulture, Environment and Community.
Judge Geraldine King said;
‘The Butterfly Show Piece Garden in Norfolk square is a wonderful addition.’
‘The pride shown from the team was outstanding in supporting local identity and pride of place.’
‘Streets and gardens were clean, free of graffiti and no evidence of litter or dog fouling was seen on the tour.’
‘Excellent evidence provided on tour and in the portfolio of partnerships with Westminster City Council, the Metropolitan Police, First Mile and Windowflowers.’
‘Very good barrier baskets outside the Edward Hotel and very good examples of tree management.’
