Team Highlights

James:

“I assisted two vulnerable individuals. One individual was lost and had no emergency contact details so remained with us for a couple of hours on shift. I also got a blanket for a vulnerable individual who was displaying public indecency.”

Joe:

“Zakir and I were passing through a hotel reception when we saw a man behaving aggressively towards staff. After he assaulted a member of the team, we stepped in, tried to calm the situation, and safely restrained him to prevent anyone else from being hurt. We then called the police and handed him over when they arrived.”

Nicole:

“This month I helped a woman walk home as she felt vulnerable as a couple of men were following her. I ensured she was able to get home safely without feeling threatened.”

Zakir:

“We received a call from one of our hotels regarding two individuals displaying substance abuse. We were quick to attend the scene and successfully evicted the two individuals from the premises.”
