“Whilst on patrol, we received a call from a business about a vulnerable member of the public in distress. I was able to attend to the individual, calm her down and ensure she was safe. It’s always incredibly rewarding to know you’ve helped prevent someone from getting hurt.”

“We were called to one of our businesses as an infant was undergoing a seizure. We immediately called the ambulance and put the infant in the recovery position. Fortunately, the medics were quick to the scene. This was a horrible situation to witness but I’m so glad we were able to call the necessary help.”

“Whilst on patrol, we were approached by three tourists who were struggling to find their hotel. I was happy to help them on their way — it’s the small moments like these that make this job so rewarding.”
