We are pleased to bring to you our February Security Snapshot. Each month, we will provide an overview of the key accomplishments from our Community Safety Team, along with any additional operational updates.
February Key Achievements
Joe:
“Nicole and I assisted the paramedics to resuscitate a member of the street community who suffered cardiac arrest.”
“I successfully referred a rough sleeper in Norfolk Square Gardens via Streetlink.”
Nicole:
“Mike and I helped a lady and her daughter in their time of need after leaving St Mary’s Hospital. They were faced with a rude driver and we were able to offer our assistance. I have since seen the Mother and she expressed her sincere gratitude.”
Mike:
“The teams at Point A Hotel, Best Western, and Hilton London Paddington have been incredibly welcoming and grateful for our patrolling services. February has been a hectic month, but the standout moment for me was helping the lady with the rude Uber driver.”
James:
“This month I’ve really enjoyed interacting with the local businesses in the Paddington Community and ensuring that customers and guests feel safe and welcomed.”
Women’s Night Safety Charter
PaddingtonNow is delighted to become a signatory for the Mayor of London’s Women’s Night Safety Charter (WNSC). Our Operations Manager, Russell Hawkins is our designated ‘Champion’ for Women’s Safety. He will make all our members aware they can go to him for advice and resources on women’s safety.
