We are delighted to announce that the BID’s Renewal Ballot starts tomorrow, Wednesday 13 October and is open until 5pm on Thursday 10 November 2022.
Serving the needs of Paddington businesses has been at the heart of everything the BID has done over the last four and a half years to ensure that Paddington continues to grow, economically, sustainably and as a key destination in the capital.
Every five years, BID members are able to vote to continue the BID for a subsequent five-year term, based on the proposals laid out in our latest Renewal Proposal 2023 – 2028.
We are hopeful that once you have read the Proposal for the coming term that you will wish to vote YES to extend the BID and continue to receive all the benefits the BID provides.
Voters will recieve a copy of our Renewal Proposal in the post along with the voting form in the next couple of days. Don’t forget to Vote Yes!

Please be aware that there are several postal strikes planned over the ballot period that may affect your vote being counted by Civica Election Services.
As an alternative option and to make casting your vote as easy as possible, an official Ballot Box has been placed in the BID area, where you can easily post your vote without using the Royal Mail.
The Ballot Box is in the reception of the Mercure London Hyde Park Hotel, 8-14 Talbot Square, London W2 1TS where it will remain until the close of the Ballot period at 5.00pm on Thursday 10th November 2022.
