Following the grant of planning permission in 2017 Great Western Developments and Sellar are refining the final design detail for the new office building which forms the centrepiece of the Paddington Square development. A design development drop-in information event is being held, at which a small number of changes to the exterior of the proposed office building will be displayed. No increase in height or mass are proposed.
Two drop-in sessions will be held upstairs at the Frontline Club on:
Saturday 19 May: 10 am to 12 noon
Thursday 24 May: 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm
The open drop-in events will inform local residents and businesses of the ongoing design development, ahead of the submission of a non-material amendment application to Westminster City Council.
