Join Ele Johnstone, Engagement Officer from Butterfly Conservation’s ‘Big City Butterflies’ project on a wellbeing walk around the Paddington BID area on Tuesday 19 July 1-1.45.
During the walk we will be learning why butterflies are important and how PaddingtonNow BID have managed the greenspaces to make the area a better place for butterflies.
We will also be taking a moment to learn the types of butterflies you can find in London and how you can record them to help their survival.
Taking even 15 minutes out from your day to get outside and spend time in nature can be a huge boost to your wellbeing. As part of our walk, we’ll share some mindfulness tips to help you de-stress and get the most out of your time out in London’s green spaces.
Meet in Norfolk Square Gardens by the topiary butterflies at 1.15pm on Tuesday 19 July.
Please book your spot here.
