Citizens Advice Westminster (CAW), based in Conduit Place, Paddington has launched a new virtual drop-in service from Tuesday 20th April. The video assessment session is aimed at people who work in the day and are unable to access CAW services during working hours.
Citizens Advice service’s involve providing advice on issues such as debt management, housing, immigration and asylum, employment, consumer complaints and landlord-tenant disputes.
The new service, open to Westminster residents only, will offer an effective triage assessment to identify a client’s needs and advise them on next steps.
CEO Joanna Cain said: “This exciting and innovative service will enable us to restore some elements of the valuable face-to-face contact we have lost during the Covid-19 pandemic. ”
The service will operate between 5.30 -7.00pm every Tuesday evening, starting on 20th April. You will be able to have a confidential video call with an assessor and people will be seen on a first come, first served basis.
