As part of the BID’s wellbeing drive to provide a safe and welcoming environment for people to return to after the pandemic, these sessions are designed to calm and rejuvenate.
There will be three free session over the summer. Please book in advance through Eventbrite as spaces are limited. Session start at 12 noon for one hour.
June 14- Visualisation
In this session Keresha will guide a visualisation practice, inclusive of a gentle seated flow to encourage deep relaxation, cleansing and nurturing of the body and mind. Book here.
July 12 – Awareness and Awakening
This session will focus on awareness and awakening with Zakiya, inclusive of a slow standing flow and mindfulness exercises. Book here.
August 9 – Healing
This session will focus on healing with Sarah, incorporating somatic and embodiment practices and pranayama breathwork. Book here.
The sessions are set within a beautiful space at Inhabit Hotel on Southwick Street, London’s first mindfulness hotel.
After meditation stay and enjoy delicious healthy food and drinks at Yeotown Kitchen, situated in the hotel, where you can grab a coffee or cold-pressed juice to go afterwards, or dine in with their all-day menu.
