The Paddington Partnership, PaddingtonNow BID and the Hyde Park Estate Association have teamed up to form the Hyde Park and Paddington Neighbourhood Forum.
Residents and businesses can join the Forum and help create a neighbourhood plan, shaping development through the Localism Act 2011. The neighbourhood plan will cover a 15 year time period with a review every five years.
