Help Shape the Future of Praed Street and Bayswater’s High Streets

Westminster City Council has launched a six-week public engagement to gather feedback on two draft Place Strategies for the Paddington–Bayswater area. This follows the announcement of the 2024 Delivery Plan for the Paddington-Bayswater High Streets Programme.

The Place Strategies focus on:

  • Praed Street

  • Westbourne Grove, Queensway, and Porchester Road

These strategies are being developed to establish a long-term vision and set of objectives to improve the area’s high streets. The goal is to identify design opportunities and create a guiding framework that will shape future proposals from the Council, local landowners, and stakeholders.

πŸ“£ Public Engagement Now Live: 4 August – 17 September 2025

Residents, businesses, and visitors are encouraged to participate and share their views to help refine the draft objectives and proposals before the final strategies are published in November 2025.
