Enstar Capital are developing proposals to remodel Enstar House to provide additional, high-quality office space, improved internal layouts and attractive new facades.
They will be holding a public Exhibition on

Working with MATT Architecture, they are creating a contemporary design, which will, they feel, complement the streetscape while reflecting Paddington’s history. Enstar Capital will be submitting a planning application to Westminster City Council to extend and remodel the existing Enstar House building on the corner of Praed Street and London Street.
The facades will be re-clad to create a beautifully designed building, in-keeping with the surrounding streetscape and creating a positive contribution to the Bayswater Conservation Area. The scheme will include improvements to the ground floor retail units, including the reconfiguration of the ground floor layout to
create a new office entrance. Two additional storeys will double the employment space.
