On Wednesday 12th March 2025, PaddingtonNow partnered with Crystal Sound Lounge to support Paddington Square with a Soundbath.
The event was held in the Studio, part of the Paddington Square Gym, and aimed to provide employees with a chance to relax, unwind, and recharge during their lunch break. The session began with a guided meditation led by a Sound Practitioner, followed by sound instruments that created soothing vibrations, allowing participants to enter a deeply meditative state and experience the benefits of meditation. The event was held in two sessions and was enjoyed by everyone who participated.
