On Monday 20 September, the BID held it’s Annual General Meeting at the Hilton London Paddington.
BID members voted to re-elect Will Clayton, The Cork and Bottle, as Chairman and Vaughan Smith, The Frontline Club as Vice Chairman for the coming year.
BID Members also reviewed and adopted the audited accounts for 2020-2021 and appointed the auditors for the year to come.
The AGM was followed by a talk by Bruce Bratley, Founder and CEO of First Mile, entitled ‘Can Recycling Save the World?’. The event was hugely popular and was food for thought and discussion in the networking session to follow.
Member businesses took the opportunity to catch up and mingle at the first physical networking event for quite some time due to the coronavirus pandemic.
