We invite you to join us for the first workshop as part of our Wellness Insights series.
The Introduction to Mindfulness workshop will explore:
- The definition and benefits of mindfulness
- Simple grounding and mindfulness exercises, including diaphragmatic breathing and a body scan.
- How to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life to calm your body and soothe your mind.
The event will begin with an introduction from Sarah Beshir, Managing Director at Right at Home followed by a presentation from Westminster Talking Therapies.
