You can now meditate whilst sailing as London self driven boat company GoBoat has partnered with mindfulness expert Dr. Audrey Tang to host early morning wellness sessions on the water before work.
GoBoat’s 5am to 9am Wellness Cruises encourage Brits to slow down, breathe, and set the tone for a meaningful day ahead. Led by Dr. Audrey Tang, the wellness cruises include posture alignment, breathing exercises, group vibration alignment and a body scan relaxation before finishing with an intention setting and gratitude practice that will lead you into the rest of your day.
The experience will take place before work on ‘hump days’ (Wednesdays) at GoBoat Paddington (19th April), Merchant Square, London, W2 1AS and are priced at £10 per person. Book here.
