BIDs operate for a maximum of five years. If a BID wishes to continue they must go through a renewal ballot process to secure another BID term of up to five years.
At the time of ballot, member businesses will be asked to vote based on a business proposal for a future five year term. The proposal will be distributed along with voting papers at the next ballot which is due in 2028.
The BID is currently in it’s fifth BID term, following a successful ballot in October 2022. The current BID term will run from April 2023 to March 31st, 2028.
PaddingtonNow BID was established in April 2005 by ballot and has delivered four successful terms since.
