How do I Vote?

Step 1
Wait to receive your Ballot papers which will be sent to voters by post on 12 October 2022.

Step 2
Voter to complete the required details and put a cross in the relevant voting box.

Step 3

Post it directly in to the Ballot Box in the reception of the Mercure London Hyde Park Hotel, 8-14 Talbot Square, London W2 1TS where the box will remain until the close of the Ballot period at 5.00pm on Thursday 10th November 2022.

Or

Place the ballot paper in the pre-paid envelope provided and post before 10 November 2022.

 

Please be aware that there are several postal strikes planned over the ballot period that may affect your vote being counted by Civica Election Services.

As an alternative option and to make casting your vote as easy as possible, an official Ballot Box has been placed in the BID area, where you can easily post your vote without using the Royal Mail.

The Ballot Box is in the reception of the Mercure London Hyde Park Hotel, 8-14 Talbot Square, London W2 1TS where it will remain until the close of the Ballot period at 5.00pm on Thursday 10th November 2022.
