1. Prize Details:
The prize entitles the winner to one (1) Health and Body Composition Assessment and Personal Training Experience at an Ultimate Performance gym.
2. What’s Included:
A consultation with an Ultimate Performance trainer.
A health and body composition assessment using in-gym equipment.
A personalised gym experience / introductory personal training session.
3. Eligibility:
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
The winner must be at least 16 years old.
The winner must complete a standard health and readiness questionnaire (PARQ) before participating.
4. Booking:
Sessions must be booked directly with Ultimate Performance.
Bookings are subject to trainer and gym availability.
The prize must be redeemed within 1 month from the date of issue.
5. Health & Safety:
The winner must follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by Ultimate Performance staff.
Ultimate Performance reserves the right to decline participation if any health concerns arise during pre-screening.
